In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our hotel clients' listings are optimized for visibility and bookings across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize hotel listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com to enhance visibility and attract more guests.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners to gather pertinent information regarding property features and offerings.
  • Assist in creating compelling descriptions, high-quality visuals, and accurate pricing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date on hotel industry trends and competitor listings.
  • Monitor performance metrics for listings and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to hotel clients on best practices for maximizing their presence on various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize booking opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs) and short-term rental platforms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools and software to track performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
