Why Work With Us?

We're not just another recruiting firm - we focus on placing candidates with exceptional US and EU founders who prioritize the long-term success of their team members. We also provide retention bonuses at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, as well as community-driven benefits like an annual retreat.

About the Company:

The company is a full-scale creative agency delivering white-glove brand partnerships, live events, and cultural activations for clients across sports, music, fashion, hospitality, and emerging tech. From launching a bourbon collaboration with Grammy-winning artists to architecting elite events for racing leagues like E1, Parenthesis sits at the intersection of culture and commerce. Co-founded by proven business developers and deeply networked operators, the agency prides itself on big ideas—and needs an internal engine to match. That’s where this Project Manager comes in.

Role Overview:

The company is seeking a strategic, agile Project Manager to serve as the operational nucleus of the business—managing, prioritizing, and executing across a portfolio of high-touch, high-stakes client activations in sports, entertainment, hospitality, and beyond. This individual will operate as the “center console” of the agency, overseeing both internal and client-side operations, with direct involvement in project planning, task delegation, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight & Prioritization: Oversee and maintain all active client projects across the agency’s portfolio, organizing tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
  • CRM / Tool Buildout: Fully own and evolve systems like Motion (or similar PM tools), working alongside the founder to build out daily workflows and manage updates
  • Daily Reporting & Alignment: Send daily project updates to the founder and team, recapping prior-day progress, upcoming action items, and any blockers
  • Client Touchpoint Management: Coordinate with external partners (artists, agents, sponsors, talent reps) to manage timelines and deliverables without founder bottlenecks
  • Team Coordination: Manage internal and freelance contributors, ensuring alignment on scope, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Tool & Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement more efficient systems (beyond Motion) to improve execution and scale

Requirements

Must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of autonomous execution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency)
  • Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with multiple teams
  • Able to balance client communication, internal operations, and tool management
  • Should be both structured and entrepreneurial

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Prior experience in entertainment, events, partnerships, or agency settings
  • Exposure to high-profile clientele and brand activations
  • Experience with **project tracking tools** like Motion, ClickUp, Notion, or Trello
  • Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and lightweight CRM tools
  • Strong cultural fluency in music, fashion, hospitality, or startup landscapes
  • Process-driven mindset paired with creative adaptability

Benefits

Remote Work: Fully remote - work from anywhere

  • Generous PTO: 10 days PTO per year, plus public holidays and sick leave
  • Direct Mentorship: Grow through guidance from international industry experts
  • Learning & Development: Ongoing access to resources for professional growth
