This individual will play a key role in building and nurturing top-of-funnel pipelines to support hiring across our growing clinical teams, including psychologists, therapists, and clinical leadership roles.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare talent acquisition and thrives in a high-growth, mission-driven environment. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source exceptional talent and drive forward our mission to redefine mental health care for children and families.

If you're a proactive, organized, and creative sourcer who’s excited to contribute to an impactful organization—we’d love to hear from you!

Primary Responsibilities

Proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians (e.g., psychologists, therapists, clinic directors) using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and professional networks.

  • Build Diverse Pipelines:
Cultivate and maintain pipelines of qualified, mission-aligned candidates, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

  • Candidate Outreach & Engagement:
Craft compelling outreach messages and engage passive candidates to drive interest in Brightline’s clinical roles.

  • Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers:
Work closely with the recruitment team and clinical leaders to align on role priorities, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.

  • Leverage Tools & Systems:
Use our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to track candidates, manage outreach, and report on pipeline activity.

  • Market Insights & Research:
Provide real-time feedback to the Talent team about market conditions, candidate concerns, and sourcing channel effectiveness.

  • Support Hiring for Key Clinical Functions:
Focus on high-impact roles including Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, LMHCs, and Clinic Directors across both virtual and in-person settings.

  • Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Ashby a plus), and sourcing tools

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of urgency

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus

  • Passion for mental health and Brightline’s mission
