We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, processing credit repair requests, and providing high-quality customer service. With a strong background in credit services and excellent communication skills, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their credit standing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to and manage incoming credit repair inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Evaluate and process credit repair requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to explain the credit repair process, timelines, and expectations.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal procedures.
  • Provide support and follow-up to clients throughout the credit repair journey.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and deliver timely updates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in credit repair or financial services.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
