We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Operations Specialist III to oversee and optimize post-sale operational processes for our Cars Commerce Media products. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution, efficient workflows, and clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, demonstrates strong written communication skills, and possesses deep operational expertise, particularly in Salesforce and media product fulfillment.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute post-sale operational tasks for Cars Commerce Media product enrollments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Act as the primary liaison between Sales and media fulfilling teams, facilitating smooth transitions and clear communication.
Support Finance and Sales Reporting teams by providing accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of media product revenue.
Uphold and enforce product business rules to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve blockers that impact product launches or fulfillment.
Create, update, and maintain documentation related to post-sale fulfillment of Cars Commerce Media products.
Continuously evaluate, adapt, and optimize current workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop, document, and train cross-functional teams on post-sale processes to ensure consistency and alignment.
Contribute to Cars Commerce Media product or relevant system development by providing operational insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain Salesforce-specific audits in regards to media products to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Self-sufficient and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex systems and situations.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, with the ability to leverage its tools for reporting and workflow management.
Basic understanding of media products and campaigns, including key operational components.
Proven experience in media operations or a similar role, demonstrating an ability to optimize processes and drive operational success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Media.
Familiarity with media performance metrics and forecasting techniques.
Ability to develop and implement process improvements leveraging automation and best practices.
