Job description

Ignite Visibility is an award-winning and fast-growing digital marketing agency in San Diego, CA. We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Recruiting Coordinator  to join our fully remote first team. This position is a great opportunity for an individual a great interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative setting. 


Responsibilities:

  • Source and actively seek passive candidates through HireEZ, Indeed, LinkedIn, BambooHR, social media, and other platforms for digital marketing roles
  • Evaluate candidates and applicants for position and cultural fit.
  • Draft, post, review, and update jobs ads.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings by partnering directly with VP Talent Acquisition Director,  TA Specialists, HR, and Hiring Managers.
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules.
  • Update candidate records in HR and TA systems.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Update recruiting activities and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate candidate post interview follow ups. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.


 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in HR, recruiting, or sales in a digital marketing setting.
  • Experience sourcing and identifying talent for digital marketing across SEO, Paid, Content, Email, Account Services, Project Manager, and other channels of marketing and operations
  • Experience with sourcing, finding, and reviewing candidates.
  • Experience with scheduling and/or coordinating experience.
  • Exposure to recruiting/HR.
  • Strong multitasking and customer service experience.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Office 365, Slack, MS suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google suite (Google drive, calendar, etc.).
  • Superb customer facing focus, attention to detail, and highly organized 
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Ability thrive in a fast paced and adapt to quickly changing environment.
  • Highly motivated and possess a positive altitude.
  • Strong aptitude for learning with a proactive mindset
