Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced satellite imaging technology to analyze residential properties and identify potential service opportunities
  
• Research and compile comprehensive property owner information using public databases
  
• Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists using proprietary software
  
• Manage and organize lead data within the company’s CRM system
  
• Collaborate with the appointment setting team to ensure smooth lead handoff
  
• Track and report on lead generation metrics and success rates
  
• Maintain detailed records of research methodologies and findings
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation or similar research-focused role
  
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in CRM systems and database management
  
• Excellent organizational and data entry skills
  
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
  
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software platforms
