Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm- (1) hour unpaid break. (2) 15min paid breaks.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident communications and maintenance coordination
  • Manage and optimize property management software systems to track tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee Airbnb operations including cleaning schedule coordination and inventory management
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings and inspections
  • Monitor and implement seasonal maintenance requirements, including coordination of preventive maintenance programs
  • Process and distribute resident notices and maintain compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Manage multiple calendars and scheduling systems efficiently
  • Create and maintain systematic approaches to recurring tasks and deadlines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regional property management requirements
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on property performance and maintenance status


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or related field
  • Strong proficiency with property management software and general office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and vendor management
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Airbnb or vacation rental management preferred
  • Knowledge of residential property management best practices
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members
  • Professional phone manner and email etiquette
  • Availability during standard business hours
