Schedule:

  • Part-time (25 hours/week) Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm CT

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Client Service Director in driving operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a healthcare organization’s success through data management, reporting, and administrative support. Starting as a part-time position with potential for growth, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining efficient operations while supporting the company’s expansion initiatives. You’ll leverage advanced Excel skills to create impactful reports, manage critical dashboards, and ensure smooth internal communications, all while contributing to the organization’s social media presence.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive daily and weekly Excel reports that drive business decisions
  • Develop and manage sales dashboards to track key performance metrics
  • Execute social media strategy through content posting and community engagement
  • Draft professional business communications and announcement emails
  • Support expansion initiatives through creating and distributing territory updates
  • Manage and organize internal team communications efficiently
  • Maintain accurate data entry and generate analytical reports
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Client Service Director
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling as needed

  • Outstanding written communication skills with perfect English proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and engagement
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives
  • Experience with administrative software and digital tools
  • Professional demeanor and excellent time management skills
  • Available to work 5 hours daily between 8am-4pm CT (preferred 10am-3pm CT)
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
