The Institute for Education Policy seeks an experienced Research Data Analyst to support an evaluation of the Maryland State Department of Education’s initiative to provide wide-scale training to educators on the Science of Reading. Research support may include analyzing current research, data analysis and presentation, and writing reports and materials for partners and the public.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and clean qualitative and quantitative data.
- Analyze data, including descriptive and causal models.
- Translate data findings into written reports for both practitioner and technical audiences.
- Visually represent data findings.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- Three years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience analyzing quantitative data and translating findings into written reports for broad audiences.

Starting Salary Range: $24.61 - $43.12 HRLY ($30.00 HRLY targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
