Job Summary: The SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect at Syntax Systems Ltd is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions for supply chain processes in the mining industry. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to align SAP functionalities with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Develop tailored end-to-end SAP supply chain solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of SAP modules, overseeing configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify improvements and propose innovative SAP solutions.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage change.
- Training and Support: Create training materials and provide ongoing support for SAP functionalities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and develop reports to monitor supply chain performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on supply chain modules.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations; knowledge of at least three supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP, TM, EWM); proficiency in SAP Solution Manager and reporting tools.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SAP projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience with demand planning, predictive analytics, or IoT integration.
- Previous work experience in the mining industry.
