Reconcile commission discrepancies and data anomalies.
Assist with month-end close financial reporting and analysis.
Support internal process improvement initiatives.
Generate reports on sales and business operations statistics.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Work directly with front line Managers, Directors, and Executive level customers to resolve commission-related issues for assigned Sales channels.
Partner with peer groups to suggest and implement improvements to the delivery of compensation to our Sales force.
