The Mission
Traditional military contracts are complex, difficult to manage, and hard to bid on. We accelerate America's industrial base by onboarding and cataloging manufacturers and vendors nationwide—tracking everything from machine types and core competencies to quantity limits, certifications, material sourcing costs and capacity. We use this data to map contracts for assemblies and sub-assemblies directly to America’s industrial base with unprecedented accuracy and speed. Instead of months, we envision a world where procurement happens in days. At SalesPatriot, we’re redefining how manufacturers, engineers, and suppliers do business with the DoD. It's scary, it’s thrilling, and we fully acknowledge we’re crazy enough to take it on.
defense procurement is broken & america needs to re-industrialize fast, if it hopes to maintain supremacy in the 21st century.
At salespatriot, we’re redefining how manufacturers, engineers, and suppliers do business with the DoD by building an AI powered eco-system that accelerates America's industrial base and reduces defense procurement to weeks instead of months.
yc w25, raised $1.3m pre-seed from killer angels and investors.
founded by 3 technical founders who don’t mess around - we value strong opinions and people who aren’t afraid to be wrong.
We are the fastest growing defense startup in yc. In 2 months we have scaled to represent 1,783 manufacturers, hit 6-figure arr, and we’re only getting started.
entire team in sf; we recommend co-living (seriously). We move fast, we build fast, and we want people who thrive in the chaos.
we’re not a cushy 9-5. we’re here to transform the american industrial sector and we need folks who share that get-shit-done mentality.
build end-to-end: architect the entire data ingestion pipeline: from ai-based pdf, csv, excel parsing to scraping sam.gov and other government platforms
develop features at lightning speed: spin up new workflows (like email ingestion) and create intuitive dashboards so manufacturers can bid on multi-million-dollar contracts in a few clicks.
ship daily: code, test, iterate, repeat. speed is everything
full ownership: front-end, back-end, devops—you’ll wear all the hats and solve all the problems. we are allergic to hand-holding
full-stack: you’re comfortable jumping between front-end pixels and back-end architecture. We value speed of learning over past experience
thrives on intensity: slow, easy projects bore the hell out of you.
scrappy: you are not above rolling up your sleeves and doing boring tasks if that's what it takes.
opinionated but intellectually honest: you speak up when something’s off and stay open to being proven wrong.
on the ground in sf: you’re ready to be here in person, building a solution that could reshape an entire industry.
true founding experience: shape everything from culture to product roadmap to our next hires.
meaningful equity: we’re building a rocket ship, and you’ll own a real chunk of it.
direct impact: your code will literally influence america’s defense readiness, shape the supply chain, and help win billions of dollars in pentagon contracts.
rapid learning: we move fast, you learn fast, you’ll see the direct fruits of your labor every single day.
Honestly, it’s going to be a roller coaster. the ride is wild: pivoting on a dime, working late, dealing with unexpected fires.
sure, you could take a cushy job at a big corp and collect a nice check. but there’s something addictive about the adrenaline of building something from scratch—something that directly impacts America and her allies and could reshape the entire defense industry.
To thrive here, you need to embrace our delusional optimism, where victories give us hope and failures make us want it even more. Yes, we work late and deal with some bullshit, but you'll have a direct impact on everything we build.
if you’re up for some uncertainty, long hours, and occasional “what the do we do now?” moments—but want the shot at building something insanely impactful—then let’s talk.
We want people who aren’t just technically sharp but also love pushing their limits—whether that means you’ve launched a side hustle, tried an extreme sport, or pitched a crazy idea no one believed in. The common thread is you:
chart your own path: you don’t care about the “right way” - you do it your way.
Nelson helped build military vehicle lights for a year before going to college,
Maciej dropped his student visa with no plan b,
Ben said “screw it” and instead of going to MIT drove a school bus from boston to berkeley, gaining 2.3m followers on insta.
(smart) risk-taker: you try bold solutions, fail forward, and learn quickly.
independence: most of the time, you will be writing code with zero or little spec - it’s up to you to figure out what needs to be done to deliver value, and to foresee potential problems
relentless: you see obstacles as puzzles waiting to be solved.
