About the Role

This is a Remote Sales Role whose primary focus is generating recurring revenue from Net New Business accounts, and secondary focus is on generating recurring revenue from Existing Business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate a highly qualified pipeline that conforms to the company’s Ideal Customer Profile that provides enough coverage to achieve personal quota.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities with proper next steps both with the Client and in the company CRM.
  • Conduct problem + implication focused discovery to effectively demonstrate the value of PredictionHealth solutions to Client in a manner that solves for their direct needs.
  • Convert Prospects into Customers via Value Based Selling, Value Based Negotiation, and by Creating Urgency, while demonstrating company values.
  • Establish proper expectations for Clients during pilots and before the Implementation Period.
  • Work collaboratively with Peers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Teams.
  • Actively participate in company meetings, training, and marketing events.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Prior professional experience in closing business; responsible for revenue generation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Demonstrate curiosity; ability to gain an understanding of prospect pain points and articulate solutions.
  • Self-starter/bias to action
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with people via phone or email.
  • Is goal and results oriented.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining focus.
  • Technologically savvy with ability to use multiple internet and software platforms to perform duties.

Preferred/ “Nice to have” (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Familiarity with healthcare
  • PT/PTA degree
  • Experience/expertise Hubspot




On Target Earnings: $100k - $150k. This is a range because we are considering candidates with varying degrees of sales experience for the position.
