Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. You will assist in identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent for various roles. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, and employer branding in a dynamic work environment.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists).
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs, university outreach, and other recruitment events.
  • Support employer branding and social media recruitment efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

What you’ll need

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technical recruitment and the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and software development lifecycle is a Plus.
  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
