Schedule: Mon-Fri 10 AM- 4 PM (EST)Responsibilities:
Create and schedule consistent content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Execute organic social media marketing strategies with focus on LinkedIn
Generate qualified leads to book minimum 2 client appointments daily
Manage community engagement and social media outreach
Create content following established brand kit guidelines
Set up and manage automation workflows and landing pages
Conduct outreach for podcast booking opportunities
Engage in relevant social media groups to represent the brand
Create trending and viral posts targeting female entrepreneurs
Handle pre-sales communication through social platforms
Scope:
30-40 hours per week
Direct reporting to business owner
Manage presence across multiple social media platforms
Focus on female entrepreneur demographic ($100k-$500k revenue)
Handle pre-sales communication and lead qualification
No direct sales calls or closing responsibilities
Work with business funding and financial education content
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management and marketing
Portfolio required (business funding / financial experience)
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn platform and strategy
Automation and workflow setup capabilities
Basic graphic design and video editing skills
Landing page creation experience
Understanding of lead generation principles
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to strictly follow brand guidelines
Experience with content creation and scheduling tools
Reliable internet connection with backup options
Portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities
