Now Hiring: Remote Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) – Help Redefine Mental Health Care Across California!

Location: Salinas, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to provide virtual therapy and/or psychological assessment services to clients across California. This fully remote role is ideal for psychologists who value clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to serve clients in a secure, high-quality telehealth setting.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that believes mental health professionals deserve the same level of care and respect they provide to clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct evidence-based therapy with adults, adolescents, or children via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
  • Perform psychological assessments (optional based on interest/expertise), including intakes, psychometrics, and report writing.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide goal-oriented interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our integrated EHR system.
  • Engage in care coordination and collaborate with referring providers, when appropriate.
  • Participate in optional team case consults, training, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards set by the California Board of Psychology.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Active license as a Psychologist in the state of California (BOP-licensed).
  • Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).
  • Comfortable delivering therapy and/or assessments via telehealth platforms.
  • Culturally competent, with sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
  • Must reside in California and have a private, secure space for virtual sessions.
