Manage supplier back orders and generate outstanding orders reports.

Update delivery dates and manage files for supplier price adjustments.

Generate reports for negative stocks and run regular inventory reports.

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration / Management or in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of international experience in Purchasing Administration
Understanding of sourcing and procurement practices and inventory management
Proven experience in the E-commerce industry
Proficient knowledge using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, Outlook)

Nice to Have:

Customer support experience preferred

What will you do?

Order placement of customer orders
Upon order placement then the Order sheet will need to be scanned with PO reference# and saved in designated folder on M Drive. For future reference.
Management of Supplier back orders on a monthly basis – Outstanding orders report to be saved on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Follow up with corresponding supplier/s update
Generate reports for negative stocks and run reports
Up to date the delivery dates
Managing files for supplier price adjustments
Managing supplier price adjustments
