The International Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of global benefits programs. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing benefits-related invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation and communications to support employee self-service. The analyst conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity and vendor billing accuracy while supporting key projects such as vendor transitions, policy harmonization, and process automation. Working closely with internal HR teams, external vendors, and finance, this role ensures smooth execution, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across international benefits programs. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.
