Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to develop and execute product marketing strategies for our healthcare solutions, with a focus on supporting health care customers—particularly health plans such as Medicare Advantage, PACE, and state-funded programs as well as provider organizations. This role bridges the gap between technology and customers, crafting messaging that clearly communicates ROI, addresses the unique needs of healthcare organizations, and highlights how our solutions deliver better health outcomes.


 

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategies and Tactics: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution positioning, messaging, and product marketing strategies that support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Pricing and Packaging: Lead efforts to define product pricing and packaging strategies to meet market needs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Customer-Facing Engagements: Present on customer calls as needed to support sales and provide product marketing insights.
  • Competitive and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and highlight differentiators in the healthcare landscape.
  • Content Development: Create compelling sales tools, collateral, and materials such as product fact sheets, whitepapers, and case studies to enable sales and educate customers.
  • Support Solution Launches: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful launches and adoption of solutions in the market.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and success stories that empower sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Deeply understand the data and evidence demonstrating how CA solutions prevent avoidable ER visits and hospitalizations and effectively communicate these insights to customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams to align strategies in a complex brand landscape, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless execution.


 

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of product or solutions marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Experience working with health plans, particularly Medicare Advantage, PACE, or state-funded plans, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, customer-centric messaging.
  • Expertise in pricing, packaging, and competitive analysis in healthcare or technology environments.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to customers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare devices and/or home-based solutions and their role in improving outcomes for patients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
