Marketing & Business Analyst

Vyve Broadband is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Analyst to support the organization’s growth and retention goals through insightful analysis of subscriber data, churn rates, marketing campaign performance, and sales metrics. This role is critical to helping the business understand customer behavior, optimize revenue opportunities, and inform marketing strategy. This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze customer lifecycle data including acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, and re-engagement patterns.
• Perform in-depth marketing performance analyses, including campaign attribution, subscriber cohort behavior, and regional sales funnel performance.
• Build, manage, and deliver recurring reports on subscriber trends, churn rates, ARPU (average revenue per user), promotional response, and package migration.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to evaluate the effectiveness of customer promotions, price testing, referral initiatives, and bundling strategies.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate KPIs and trends clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
• Compile and disseminate formatted reports to internal business customers, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Maintain and reconcile internal databases, data mappings, and report integrity for accuracy and consistency.
• Customize views and reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools for various stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing, customer segmentation models, and predictive churn models to inform targeting strategies.
• Assist in strategic planning and forecasting by modeling future customer behavior and revenue scenarios.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Background in advertising or marketing analysis is strongly preferred.
• Experience with business-to-consumer subscription models, including telecom, Pay TV, or internet services.
• Deep proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and modeling), SQL, and PowerPoint. Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.
• Experience with data science tools (e.g., Python, R) for deeper analysis or automation is a bonus.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, and compelling stories.
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant experience in business and marketing analysis, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.
• Demonstrated success in subscriber churn analysis, sales performance reporting, and marketing ROI tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Remote position with ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
