Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to lead sourcing and hiring across a variety of U.S.-based roles, from high-volume frontline roles to targeted leadership positions. While recruiting is the primary focus, this role will also support essential HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and internal people processes to ensure a stable full-time opportunity. Were looking for someone who goes beyond job postings to actively build candidate pipelines through direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across U.S.-based roles (entry to executive level).
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Actively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain the ATS and keep candidate pipelines organized and up to date.
  • Own onboarding documentation and process coordination for new hires.
  • Support HR operations, including employee records, compliance tracking, and basic benefits coordination.
  • Contribute to employee experience initiatives and performance review processes.
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve hiring workflows and candidate experience.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on recruiting and HR generalist roles.
  • Proven success in proactive candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience managing both high-volume hiring and targeted searches.
  • Prior experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with U.S. HR practices and compliance (especially California).
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or distributed team.
  • Exposure to talent development or learning and development programs.
