About the Role:

We are seeking a Linkedin Outreach & Marketing Assistant to spearhead our client’s lead generation efforts while managing the entire customer journey to optimize acquisition and retention. This role requires expertise in prospect research, creating and managing strategic sales funnels, and executing campaigns across social media platforms.

Experience working in the financial services niche is a plus.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and manage targeted lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
  • Design and optimize sales funnels to nurture leads through various stages of the customer journey.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers across email, social media, and ads.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, retargeting, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position: Linkedin Outreach & Marketing Assistant  

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1000 per month
