ZeptoLab is looking for a Senior UA Manager with an advanced stack of ad platform knowledge and growth tools!

Goals:

  • Drive UA growth across all main channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Ad Networks).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners.
  • Share UA expertise across marketing and  product teams.
  • Drive experimenting and innovations.
  • Enhance internal processes within the Marketing team.

Day to day:

  • Develop and execute a long-term vision for UA channels, specifically for a shooter game with IAP + Ad monetisation.
  • Launch, analyse and optimise campaigns to drive results.
  • Ensure channels remain at the forefront of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain top-tier performance.
  • Conduct research, test hypotheses, and present results to the team.
  • Develop and implement structured testing processes for new game launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong experience (2+ years) in UA for mobile games (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Ad Networks).
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple directions simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Passionate about mobile games.
