We're looking for a mid-level DevOps Engineer with solid experience in Azure cloud environments, who thrives in collaborative delivery teams and is passionate about automation, infrastructure-as-code, and building reliable, secure systems.

This role is ideal for someone who’s already comfortable working across cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and wants to deepen their expertise while contributing to impactful client projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and solution architects in a culture that values technical excellence, autonomy, and shared learning.

What You’ll Do
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and/or Bicep
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based environments for performance, cost, and reliability
  • Support developers and QA engineers in building smooth, fast delivery workflows
  • Contribute to DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls and compliance automation
  • Collaborate with architects to design infrastructure that supports solution scalability and maintainability
  • Document processes and contribute to internal tooling and DevOps standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure Kubernetes, App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools — Terraform or Bicep
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and identity/access management in cloud contexts
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Prometheus/Grafana
  • Comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced environments with distributed teams

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) in production
  • Exposure to PowerShell or Python scripting for automation
  • Knowledge of Azure Policies, Blueprints, or Landing Zones
  • Certifications like AZ-104, AZ-400 or equivalent

Benefits

At Ardanis, we value expertise, autonomy, and continuous improvement. You’ll join a team of thoughtful technologists who care about doing things well — and helping each other get better along the way. We offer flexibility, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to work on cloud-native solutions that power real innovation across Europe.
