Qualifications:

8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a high-growth digital health or healthcare services company., JD from an accredited law school and an active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction., Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, especially related to Medicaid and Medicare., Expertise in FDA regulation of healthcare software and experience with commercial and vendor contracting..

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary legal advisor on corporate, healthcare regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Build and lead internal legal processes and policies to support risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Own the legal side of contract development and negotiation for health plans and vendors.
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
