Primary Responsibilities
Sales & escalated service in the small business market segment
Educated on both small business medical and specialty products
Establishes and maintains internal and external relationships
Successfully manages a large volume of customers and activity
Conducts on-site and virtual open enrollment meetings with employers and employees
Acts as a strategic partner and consultative resource to the customer, responsible for the customer’s total service and wellness experience
Participates in presentations to represent Oxford and UnitedHealthcare products

Required Qualifications
New York Life and Health License or ability to obtain license within 60 days of hire
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word - create and edit documents. Excel - reporting, tracking, creating and modifying spreadsheets. PowerPoint - create and edit presentations. Outlook - manage email and calendar)
Local to the NYC metro area
Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with clients
Proven ability to present in a small group setting
The hourly range for this role is $21.63 to $48.08 per hour based on full-time employment. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
