What You'll Do:

Drive media strategy and outreach across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle accounts
Develop compelling story angles and secure top-tier press coverage in national consumer outlets
Manage timelines, reporting, and daily client communications
Support influencer and content strategy alongside social and digital teams
Partner with account leaders on strategy development and campaign planning
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of PR agency experience
Strong media relationships
A nose for what's newsworthy and what's trending
Confidence in pitching, writing, and managing client expectations
A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset
Strong team player with a desire to grow and lead
