About Trax

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in visual design who’s ready to step beyond executional work and take on more ownership across marketing and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

You’ll partner with senior designers, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver compelling creative that elevates our brand across digital and print platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print assets including social media content, email campaigns, website graphics, paid advertising, presentation materials, and in-app visuals
  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to translate strategic goals into creative concepts and executions
  • Take a project from concept to final delivery, balancing creativity and attention to detail while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Work independently on small- to mid-scale projects and contribute meaningfully to larger campaigns led by senior team members
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews; offer thoughtful feedback and iterate based on direction
  • Assist in managing and organizing design assets, ensuring accessibility and consistency across departments
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design output and bring fresh thinking
  • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand visuals across customer touchpoints


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced in-house or agency environment
  • A strong online portfolio that demonstrates a range of creative work, particularly digital and campaign-based projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
  • Working knowledge of motion design or video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro preferred
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles—typography, color theory, layout, and composition
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A growth mindset with a desire to take creative initiative and expand responsibilities over time


Nice to Have

  • Experience working within established brand systems and evolving them
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with developers
  • Ability to create GIFs or lightweight motion assets for digital platforms
  • Experience designing for mobile apps or in-app campaigns
