Job description

Role Summary


The French Implementation and Process Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new payroll operations for clients and continuously improving existing processes. This role coordinates compliance with new legal and company policies, enhances team workflows, and manages knowledge-sharing initiatives. The position works with the Team Leaders to document, standardize, and optimize procedures.


Core Responsibilities:


  1. Payroll Implementation
    • Lead the implementation process for French Payroll operations for new and existing clients.
    • Work with the Implementation team in client onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration with the client's specific payroll requirements.
  2. Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate current processes, identifying inefficiencies and gaps.
    • Proactively suggest and implement enhancements that streamline workflows and increase operational effectiveness.
  3. SILAE Add-Ons and Technology Exploration:
    • Regularly explore SILAE add-ons and additional functionality that could benefit clients and improve internal processes.
    • Lead the integration of new tools and solutions within the team and share findings to encourage best practices.
  4. Team Support and Leadership:
    • Aid France Associates and Team Leaders by providing expertise and support for complex issues.
    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing across the team and foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  5. Knowledge Management and Documentation:
    • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of documented processes, procedures, and best practices.
    • Drive initiatives to standardize documentation, ensuring consistent access to resources and guidance for the French team.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience implementing payroll into SilaExpert and processing payroll with SilaExpert software is essential
  • Proven experience in multi-client / multi-payroll experience
  • Is a highly motivated and driven professional, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Extremely organised and takes pride in their work
  • The Business Language is English so ability to communicate in English is mandatory
  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel is essential to be able to manipulate data within an Excel Workbook
  • Experience in managing multiple Collective Bargaining Agreement’s (Convention Collectives) would be desirable
