Job description

We are NewGen, an award-winning agency with offices in London, Manchester, and New York. We’re on the lookout for social-savvy influencer managers to help elevate our influencer campaigns to new heights!

Founded by our ‘30 under 30’ co-founders as a gaming-focused influencer marketing agency, we have grown into an industry-leading social agency, working with some of the world’s biggest brands to help them connect with their audiences digitally.

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and relationship-driven individual to manage influencer partnerships, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and strong talent relationships.

Want to join the team? Here are our three non-negotiables:

Input – Be proactive, share ideas, and contribute. We want team players who make an impact.

Output – Focus on quality. If something isn’t up to standard, ask why and improve it. Everything we deliver should be best in class.

Together – Most importantly, achieve success together! We’re a team, and we support each other every step of the way. No egos, no judgment.

The Role

As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and executing influencer partnerships across key European markets, with a focus on Germany. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with content creators to ensure successful campaign execution.

This role requires a deep understanding of the German influencer landscape and the ability to work seamlessly with the London & New York based NewGen team to deliver outstanding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit influencers that align with client objectives, with a focus on the German market.
  • You’ll be tapped into regional trends and culture, providing guidance and expertise on creators.
  • Manage influencer relationships from outreach to contract negotiation and campaign execution.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of influencer content, coordinating deadlines and approvals.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and strategy, to execute best-in-class campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Based in Germany with strong knowledge of the local influencer landscape.
  • 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
  • You’ve previously delivered campaigns at a global level.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer strategies, and content trends.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Passionate about social media, digital culture, and influencer marketing.
