POSITION SPECIFICS

Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow IT Consultant, where your technical expertise will help shape and optimize enterprise workflows. In this key role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform, enabling enhanced productivity and delivering impactful solutions across the organization.

We're seeking a motivated individual eager to grow their ServiceNow skillset through ongoing learning, training, and hands-on experience.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

  • This position is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States.

  • Standard working hours align with the Eastern Time Zone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ServiceNow Administration & Configuration

  • Administer and maintain the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations.

  • Design and customize workflows to align with business processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.

ServiceNow Development

  • Create and test ServiceNow forms, catalog items, and record producers.

  • Develop custom UI policies, client scripts, and flows to support service catalog functionality.

  • Enhance and update existing workflows, forms, and automation features.

  • Write scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

  • Gather and document requirements for enhancement requests.

  • Evaluate proposed changes and provide expert recommendations.

  • Ensure clear communication of technical findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow core platform functionality

  • Experience using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • ServiceNow Administration experience

  • ServiceNow CSA Certification

  • ServiceNow Forms/Catalog Item development experience

  • JavaScript proficiency

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $76,700.00 - $115,100.00.
