The Senior Manager, Military Aftermarket Business Development Managers ensures the military program team leads the development and execution of strategies that are fully aligned with EACS Aftermarket's financial objectives, customer satisfaction targets, and product success goals, driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement across all key areas.

The ability to travel 50-75% is required.

What You Will Do

  • Identify opportunities for business growth by studying market trends, competitor products (advantages and deficiencies), and cost of ownership.
  • Responsible for the development of spares and MRO sales targets
  • Responsible for development, quality, on time delivery of comprehensive strategic proposals
  • Maintain sales network within RTX/Collins to ensure cross-functional alignment with key customers
  • Provides guidance and ensure strategic alignment for the development of Mods & Upgrades (MAU) aimed at improving performance and cost savings for our customer.
  • Lead the development and implementation of LT growth and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead all Gate reviews to meet the sustainment requirements of the RTX Lifecycle Program Management system.
  • Support development of our long-range sales forecast projections
  • Support Customer Satisfaction reviews
  • Support implementation of alternative sourcing and offload projects

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experienced negotiator.
  • Experience with Government, FAR/DFAR rules and regulations.
  • Experience with licensing opportunities, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), Supplier Initiated Ordering pursuits, and depot activations.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
