We are seeking a detail-oriented Typesetter to create precise and visually engaging layouts for print and publications. The role involves formatting text, images, and graphics to meet design specifications while ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards. This position is critical for delivering error-free, professional quality materials that align with production timelines and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Format text, tables, and graphics for print and publications.
Ensure typographic consistency (e.g., font styles, spacing, alignment) across all materials.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams to refine layouts and resolve formatting issues.
Prepare print-ready files, including preflight checks for bleeds, margins, and color accuracy.
Proofread formatted content to correct layout errors, pagination issues, or typographic inconsistencies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines without compromising quality.
Maintain organized archives of templates, style guides, and finalized files for future use.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in typesetting, desktop publishing, or print production.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
Strong knowledge of typography principles and print production workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail for identifying layout errors and ensuring technical accuracy.
Time management skills to deliver projects efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (AWST) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
