This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Collections Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls from customers, follow a provided script to gather key information or provide guidance, and seamlessly transfer the call to the internal collections team for resolution. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding outstanding balances or account inquiries.
    Follow pre-written scripts accurately and professionally during every customer interaction.
  • Gather and confirm required information from the customer as instructed in the script.
  • Transfer the call to the appropriate internal team to complete the collection process.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone with all callers.
  • Log call details accurately into the internal system.
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards.


Requirements
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Neutral Accent/American Accent

  • Comfortable following scripts and structured processes.

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
