Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 40 hours a week
  • 3 hours a day within 9am to 5pm Central Time, the rest is flexible

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage QuickBooks operations and financial data entry
  • Reconcile the financial and vendor accounts with Quickbooks
  • Handle general bookkeeping duties
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support overall financial operations
  • Create and complete weekly and monthly reports by entering data form various software we use
  • Monthly P&L and other financial statements
  • Coordinate with management on financial reporting needs


Requirements
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online 
  • Ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with virtual computer environment and security protocols
