Position: Creative Strategist, Music & YouTube

You’ll be the driving force behind the creative vision for client launches, and a strategic partner in shaping RHEI’s brand presence across music and digital culture.

Key Responsibilities:

CLIENT STRATEGY & PROJECT EXECUTION

●      Partner with the Director of Music Partnerships to execute channel growth strategies for enterprise music clients.

●      Own the day-to-day management of channel launches and creative deliverables.

●      Lead the execution for smaller-tier or productized clients—keeping timelines tight and communication clear.

●      Track deadlines, ensure high-touch delivery, and troubleshoot quickly when needed.

YOUTUBE & CREATIVE BRANDING

●      Conceptualize compelling YouTube channel strategies rooted in genre trends, audience behavior, and competitive insights.

●      Develop moodboards, channel personas, and creative briefs that translate into powerful, distinct brand identities.

●      Work closely with the design team to develop visual assets, backgrounds, branding kits, and templates for client content.

●      Stay ahead of the curve on YouTube best practices, music culture shifts, and digital design trends.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

●      Create polished, visually compelling sales materials: pitch decks, case studies, award submissions, and creative one-pagers.

●      Help position RHEI as a leader in music-forward digital strategy through award submissions and industry recognition (2–3/year).

●      Support marketing and sales with creative examples and concept storytelling.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMWORK

●      Align with internal teams across design, production, and partnerships to ensure flawless execution and consistency.

 

●      Act as the connective tissue across departments, ensuring creative vision aligns with overall strategy and execution.
 

 

 

Key Requirements:

●      3–5+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, or music/digital media

●      Proven track record of YouTube content ideation, branding, or growth

●      Excellent visual presentation and communication skills

●      Strong understanding of the creator economy, music culture, and fan engagement

●      Experience with moodboarding tools (Pinterest, Milanote, etc.), design collaboration (Figma), and video production workflows a plus
