We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Video Producer to lead and manage a team of video editors responsible for covering live events, red carpets, and interviews with talent (virtual and in person). This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality video output, coordinating publishing schedules, overseeing on-site and post-event production, and maintaining alignment with editorial and branding goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of video production related to events and talent interviews, from pre-production through post-production.
  • Lead a team of video editors and collaborate closely with camera operators, field producers, and content managers.
  • Ensure consistent video quality, style, and tone across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Manage production schedules, deadlines, and publishing timelines for video content across platforms.
  • Coordinate logistics and coverage plans for live events, premieres, junkets, and red carpets.
  • Approve final edits and packaging, providing feedback to ensure professional standards are met.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, preferably in entertainment, media, or events.
  • Strong background in managing post-production workflows and teams.
  • Demonstrated experience producing event and interview-based content.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other post-production tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong editorial judgment and eye for storytelling.
