About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead ScoutIQ and Scoutify—two of the most trusted sourcing tools in the Amazon seller ecosystem. These products help resellers and entrepreneurs identify profitable inventory, analyze data in real time, and make fast, confident buying decisions.
You’ll be responsible for defining the strategy, setting priorities, and driving growth across these products. This includes a strong emphasis on go-to-market execution, product-led growth, and deep collaboration with marketing to expand our reach among consumer and prosumer sellers.
This is a great fit for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, has an intuitive understanding of user behavior, and enjoys owning the full product lifecycle—from vision through validation, delivery, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for ScoutIQ and Scoutify, ensuring alignment with Threecolts' broader business goals.
Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and customer success to drive product adoption and customer value.
Leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and market research to prioritize features that improve user experience and boost retention.
Define product KPIs, run experiments, and use data to iterate quickly and effectively.
Help shape and support go-to-market campaigns and product positioning to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Understand the sourcing workflows and daily needs of Amazon sellers—especially those in retail arbitrage or online reselling—and build tools that serve them better.
Track trends in e-commerce, marketplace dynamics, and seller behavior to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, Marketplace, or prosumer-focused platforms.
Experience working on data-driven tools or marketplaces with clear user growth and engagement goals.
Proven track record of working closely with marketing teams to drive product-led growth.
Strong user empathy, with a bias toward solving real customer problems through simple, impactful features.
Familiarity with sourcing, pricing, or marketplace analytics is a strong plus.
Highly collaborative, clear communicator, and comfortable working across functions to get things done.
Analytical mindset—you use data to guide decisions and measure success.
