We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data and Reporting Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL, advanced spreadsheet analysis (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets), and a background in the iGaming industry. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This includes developing and maintaining reports, creating dashboards, and supporting internal teams with data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL to support operational and strategic business needs

Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for business stakeholders

Conduct in-depth analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and visualizations

Translate data findings into clear, concise, and impactful business reports and presentations

Collaborate with teams across the business (Operations, Marketing) to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and measure performance

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms

Assist with ad hoc data requests and ongoing reporting needs

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in SQL

Experience in using BI tools (Google Looker Studio, Metabase)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, array formulas, charts, etc.)

Proven experience working with data in the iGaming industry, preferably in sportsbook, casino, or affiliate verticals

Experience developing dashboards and reports that communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguity

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in business terms
