Job description

Title: Enterprise Grocery Growth & Ops Specialist
Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension
Location: Remote US (Timezone flexible)
PR: $44.00 - 46.00 per hr on W2

The Enterprise Grocery Growth & Ops Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Account Managers as they grow our enterprise grocery merchants.

  • Ads & Promotions: Setup ads & promotions campaigns in salesforce, working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely launch of and updates to campaigns. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for developing readouts on campaign performance, leveraging SQL queries and dashboards to summarize campaign performance and develop insights & recommendations for our grocery partners.
  • New Store Launches: You will be responsible for launching new stores on DoorDash, following the 20-30 steps to launch new stores and working with cross-functional teams to launch stores in a timeline manner.
  • Catalog Audits & Updates: Proactively monitor Grocery Merchant catalogs (menus) on DoorDash, isolate issues, and work to resolve these with cross-functional teams. Also, respond to Merchant issues with catalogs, root cause the problem, and find solutions for fixing.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer success
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau or Sigma or similar data visualization tools, and building Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations

Top must-haves:

  1. Knowledge of SQL/CRM databases
  2. Demonstrated ownership
  3. Good communication skills and a penchant towards urgency
  4. Comfortable working with outputs from databases in Excel
