Job Title: Backend Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1) Support merchants and partners with technical inquiries & issues.
2) Manage technical solution guides and resolve recurring issues.
3) Test merchant websites and plugins to ensure optimal performance.
4) Work on side projects to improve onboarding and integration processes.
5) Foster a positive, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
1) BS in Computer Science (or related field).
2) 1-2 years experience in PHP, Laravel.
3) Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart.
4) Proficient with Git, FreshDesk, Redmine.
5) Excellent English communication skills.
