Asquad Ukrainian Fintech Company is looking for a proactive, ownership-driven to join a team of the developing fintech product. The ideal candidate can independently drive the multiple integrations of the payment methods to the platform, while making sure the timelines, quality are not compromized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of technical documentation.
- Work with API integrations and conduct testing using Postman.
- Create and interpret UML diagrams and model business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure seamless coordination between technical and business teams (developers, QA, DevOps, and business units).
- Test integrations and resolve internal development bottlenecks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and external providers.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Integration Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and technical documentation lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in API integrations and Postman testing.
- Strong knowledge of UML diagrams, business process modeling, and SDLC.
- Experience in testing integrations and resolving issues within development teams.
- Understanding of payment systems, PSP integrations, banks, and acquirers.
- Proven ability to coordinate technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- English level: Intermediate+.

- Background in product companies with multiple integrations or complex systems.
