Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Were hiring a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator professional to assist our production and management teams with scheduling, reporting, time tracking, and materials coordination. This is a key back-office role focused on accuracy, communication, and consistency, ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys supporting operations from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve daily time entries for field crews to ensure labor accuracy and timely revenue recognition.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports across the mowing, production, management, and marketing teams.
  • Match material usage with job proposals to ensure billing and costing accuracy.
  • Place and track orders for materials (landscaping, irrigation, fertilizer), coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Support scheduling of field crews and optimize routing based on density and service needs (after training).


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, administrative support, or virtual assistance.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Aspire, Jobber, or other field service management platforms.
  • Prior work with landscaping, construction, or other field service businesses.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking, vendor management, or job costing.
  • Ability to build simple performance dashboards or recurring KPI reports.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple team members and anticipating operational needs.
