We’re now looking for an Account Executive to support our growth and join our Therapy team in Norway! Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your main goal is to increase MRR with outbound sales in Norway.
Proactive sales via phone, email, and through both digital and physical meetings, promoting our electronic health record systems Physica and PsykBase
Building networks and relationships within new customer segments
Following up with new customers during the onboarding phase – ensuring they get off to a good start with the solution
Providing training and courses as needed, so that customers get the full benefit of the systems
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. We're looking for someone who is trustworthy and a good listener, with a result-oriented and goal-driven mindset. Being sociable, approachable and someone who enjoys building relationships, will be very helpful in succeeding in this role.
In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Proven sales results from previous roles
The ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Drive and a proactive mindset, with a focus on opportunities rather than limitations
Solid IT skills and experience with CRM systems
Experience from the healthcare sector or with electronic health record systems is an advantage, but not a requirement
