We're on the hunt for a Director of Retail Sales and Customer Service to lead the charge in expansion of our product innovation pipeline, scaling our retail partnerships, and ensuring customers love our products and our service. This is a big role with big impact—and will be fundamental to shaping our fast-growing division for future success.


What You’ll Do

Innovation Strategy

  • Craft and execute innovation strategies that drive growth in private label product lines.
  • Spot the next big thing through customer insights and market trends—and create it in partnership with product development teams
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality, customer alignment, and profitability.

Sales Strategy & Key Account Management

  • Design and implement powerful sales strategies that drive real revenue growth.
  • Set goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks that the team rallies behind.
  • Build and grow high-level relationships with top North American retailers
  • Call on senior buyers, negotiate contracts, and expand product distribution with confidence.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Set the gold standard for customer service across channels.
  • Handle escalations with empathy and solutions-first thinking.
  • Champion a customer-first culture that drives loyalty and satisfaction.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead with vision, communicate with clarity, and align your team to company goals.
  • Shape team structure and roles to ensure maximum effectiveness and clarity.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain to bring ideas to life.

Analytics & P&L Ownership

  • Dive deep into data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Own full P&L for your product lines—including financial modeling and margin analysis.
  • Use insights to fine-tune strategies and fuel smarter, faster decision-making.
