Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - California

Location: Daly City, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:

Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth platforms.
Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with California Board standards and HIPAA regulations.
Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed for coordinated care.
Participate in case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and occasional staff meetings via video conference.
Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California (required).
Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience preferred.
Proficient in telehealth/virtual care or willing to be trained.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience or training in one or more of the following is a plus: trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, EFT, or working with BIPOC or LGBTQ+ populations.
Must be able to provide services in a private, secure home office environment.
