Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Reach out to a list of phone contacts provided to upsell high-speed internet services.
  • Make contact with leads coming in from our marketing department from Residents that recently have access to high speed fiber internet
  • Engage with potential clients who have canceled services with other internet providers.
  • Work in a CRM to manage leads, track progress, and close deals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential clients through phone sales.
  • Close deals and earn commission for every successful credited unit and installation.
