What we're looking for 

Our client, a US-based performance creative and marketing agency, is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a variety of DTC eCommerce brands. This role is essential to driving performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of key accounts. You’ll join a collaborative remote team and work closely with the Head of Paid Search to deliver high-impact results across 4–6 brands.

 
Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns focused on performance and scale.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend next steps using prebuilt reporting templates.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client landscapes and inform strategy.
  • Attend client calls, assist in preparing agendas, and share performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Google reps and support new business pitches and audits.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally for DTC eCommerce brands.
  • Proven track record handling $20K–$40K+ in monthly ad spend.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and presenting insights clearly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Experience with attribution tools like TripleWhale.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Experience working with cannabis, alcohol, or lead gen clients.
