To support our expansion in Greater China, we are now hiring a Senior Growth Specialist to drive user acquisition, performance marketing, and revenue growth in the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:
    • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across a diverse range of channels, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and relevant Chinese platforms such as WeChat Ads, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu (where applicable).
  • Drive Data-Driven Growth:
    • Establish robust tracking mechanisms and meticulously analyze campaign data and user behavior across all funnel stages. Identify key insights and translate them into actionable strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
  • Master Funnel Optimization and Attribution:
    • Own the data attribution process across all marketing funnels, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness and channel performance. Implement and optimize A/B tests and growth experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, website flows, and in-product experiences to continuously improve conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Localize and Adapt for GCR:
    • Collaborate closely with the broader GCR team to deeply understand regional market nuances, cultural sensitivities, and local user behavior. Translate global marketing strategies into effective localized campaigns and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth. Generate regular, insightful performance reports, highlighting successes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work seamlessly with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on growth targets, product adoption, and customer retention strategies within the GCR market.
    • Support the GCR team on diverse marketing projects, including potential involvement in events, content, and PR, to maintain a unified brand presence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns and delivering ROI-positive results.
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional data interpretation skills; proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and ideally data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of the digital environment, user behavior, and key online platforms in China/Greater China Region.
  • Experience running localized campaigns and working across languages/cultures.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, remote, global teams; excellent collaboration skills.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present data insights and recommendations.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business or CPaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with Chinese ad platforms (e.g., WeChat, Baidu, Bilibili, Douyin).
  • Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Previous experience scaling marketing in a cross-border SaaS company.
